Dropped my rings off on Thursday and they were ready for pick up at 4:00 the next day! My rings didn't even look the same as when I dropped them off, they were shiny and bright. Steve really did an INCREDIBLE job. Also, the customer service reps are very personable and easy to talk to. Kluh is a gem :)
